Birtokos személyragok

By the end you can: Say "my", "your", "our" by suffix, the way Hungarian actually does it.

Hungarian has no separate word for "my" or "your". Possession is a suffix on the thing owned — you met one already in "my name" and "a dog of mine".

The full set, on "house": (my), (your), (his/her), (our), (your, pl.), (their).

The vowel harmonises: → , , , , , . After a vowel-final stem the third person inserts a --: → , → .

Family terms take these constantly, and often appear only in possessed form: "my mother", "my father", "my sibling", "my wife", "my husband".

If you speak Arabic or Hebrew this is home ground: is built exactly like بيتي and ביתי, like كتابي and ספרי — a suffix, not a possessive pronoun. English and German speakers have a new habit to build; you already have it.
